All you have to do is to complete their offers and paste the username/email address that you have used to complete the offer. They would give you a sign-up bonus of $10 and their minimum payout is $20 through PayPal and check.
I recently join PBCash.com last February 28, 2008 and completed some offers. A while ago I’ve checked it and view my account balance, to my surprise, I’ve already reach their minimum payout and have $28 on my account.
